The Telemarketing-Telesales Representative task is to identify new sales opportunities and generate growth in the area.
- Meet and exceed team targets
- Handle small to medium size accounts, and increase sales revenue by proactive sales.
- Market research: do active market research (through the Internet, market reports, publications, etc) to identify new potential customers.
- Customer Service: handle customers’ requests, and provide them with the necessary support (all sample order entries, order entry and management of first orders of a customer, handle pricing claims)
- Field Sales Support: handle requests, e-mails, faxes coming from the regional
( Italy ) sales force.
- Collect and report information based on sales request

- Previous work experience (preferably commercial or customer service)
- Computer Knowledge (MS Office, Internet etc.)
- Advanced level of Italian and English
- Strong commercial skills
