• You can work either part time or full time from Monday to Friday (day shifts) or 24/7 shifts.
You will be gradually involved in multiple projects according to your availability and project complexity. Some of your projects will include:
- Offering post sales support for those customers that are using automotive products;
- Offering support, by phone and e-mail, for those customers that use our gaming devices (this may include but it is not limited to installation instructions or troubleshooting, replacement under warranty conditions etc);
- Offering phone and email support for those customers that own devices with with “Internet included” anywhere;
