Oracle is enhancing a Contract Renewals Centre in Bucharest, to handle the renewal of its Support Service contracts for existing small to mid-size customers in Europe, Middle East, Africa & USA.
Responsible for renewing all Product Support Services.
Reports to Customer Service Manager.
Works as part of the Customer Service Team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Complete contract renewal lists
-Operate in line with Business Practices approval process
-Inform data cleaning team of any product/support changes in the partners contract
-Track the data request template for each partner
-Prepare contracts and send to partner/customer
- University Degree diploma
- Strong Administrative skills (including Excel knowledge)
- Numerate and good to detail
-Good technical skills
-Languages: English and Italian – fluent
