-Acts as the coordinator for all internal IT Windows team activities, for developing project plans, coordinating interdepartmental work teams, and reporting on progress routinely.
-Ensures maintenance of the software and hardware tools and instruments
-Investigates, tracks, and concludes security incidents that occur on systems in his/her responsibility.
-Sets the direction for technical developments and oversees implementation of projects.
-Administration and Strategic Planning activities
-Very good knowledge of Windows 2000/2003 Server; IIS services; Windows 2003/XP operating systems (security updates, account management).
-Very good working knowledge of Active Directory; Exchange Server and database concepts (MSSQL, MySQL), clustering, mirroring, redundancy solutions
-Knowledge of Cisco systems and networking management, Linux (Red Hat, Slackware, SUSE) , TCP/IP networking
-Comfortable with all aspects of system administration (i.e., system installation and configuration, system security, installing third party software, system troubleshooting), experience with hardware troubleshooting
-Background in network protocols, infrastructure & networking and computer security
-Possess broad knowledge of internal control systems, internal organizational structures
-Possess and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be able to communicate essential concepts
-Experience in working with senior management team in providing related recommendations, solutions and reports.
-Results oriented, dynamic and self-motivated person;
-Experience and ability to teach or instruct others (including persons who do not have a technical background
-Fluency oral and written in English.
