1. Has to comply with Internal Regulations Book and with Quality and Security management manual previsions. Has to apply all ISO procedures related to his/her work.

3. Takes active part in the company activity and is subject to quarterly, half-yearly and annual assessments, performed by the IT Director and presented to the company's General Manager.
4. The IT Windows Manager will be expected to work well in a team-oriented environment. S/he will work closely with the IT Director and lead staff team in making decisions about software and hardware development within IT.
5. The IT Windows Manager will be responsible for keeping systems up and running all the time
6. The incumbent will be responsible for investigating, tracking, and concluding security incidents that occur on systems in his/her responsibility.
7. IT Windows Manager will report in writing to IT Director any incident, interruption in business.
8. S/he will be responsible in assisting the development of tools to monitor the systems in his/her responsibility, providing user support for these systems.
9. Responsible for the maintenance of the software and hardware tools and instruments
10. Acts as the coordinator for all internal IT Windows team activities, for developing project plans, coordinating interdepartmental work teams, and reporting on progress routinely.
11. As the technical resource for the IT Dept., the incumbent will exercise a high degree of independence and autonomy in setting the direction for technical developments and overseeing implementation of projects.
12. The position has access to a variety of documentation for certain specific technical aspects of each major project. However, in both the technical and administrative areas, the position must deal with situations and problems where formal resources are not available or directly applicable.

a. Studies: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent education/experience (3 – 5 years) in the computer science field

1. Possess broad knowledge of Information Technology concepts, management concepts, and applications.
2. Very good knowledge of Windows 2000/2003 Server; IIS services.
3. Very good working knowledge of Active Directory.
4. Very good working knowledge of Exchange Server
5. Good knowledge of database concepts (MSSQL, MySQL)
6. Working knowledge of clustering, mirroring, redundancy solutions
7. Windows 2003/XP operating systems (security updates, account management)
8. Knowledge of Cisco systems and networking management
9. Knowledge of Linux (Red Hat, Slackware, SUSE)
10. Knowledge of TCP/IP networking
11. Comfortable with all aspects of system administration (i.e., system installation and configuration, system security, installing third party software, system troubleshooting), experience with hardware troubleshooting
12. Background in network protocols, infrastructure & networking and computer security
13. Ability to priorities tasks and handle emergency situations

15. Have a global vision of the business and the capacity of decision and analysis
