RESPONSABILITATI

- Provide primary client support, either in person or by telephone, by assisting clients in their use of products, trouble-shooting, and providing technical consultation for hardware and software requirements on multiple products and platforms for Romanian remote locations.
- Work closely with users to solve problems using available technology, including hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Serve as liaison between clients and technical staffs, referring problems and projects when appropriate or necessary (if problem is of a complex nature or outside this person¿s area of expertise).
- May support ad hoc reporting requirements of clients, and create various forms of technical documentation.
Provide backup support for others locations in Eastern Europe.
- Perform learning needs assessments and provide training recommendations, evaluations, and follow-up.
- Provide user training for software and hardware through one-on-one and group training sessions to ensure users are capable of effectively using the technology to meet business needs
- Stay abreast of technological developments in order to provide most accurate service.
- Conduct professional development by attending in-house training and external seminars, reading journals.
- Maintain knowledge of current training, support, and information delivery tools.
- Receive end user requests.
- May be responsible for developing and maintaining partnership with business users within assigned area to ensure IM supports business objectives


CERINTE

Education: Bachelor¿s degree or combined equivalent of education and experience in a related subject area
- Strong IT Knowledge (microsoft office, internet, networks and servers, etc) and experience in IT domain (1- 2 years);
- Good command of English in speaking, reading and writing;
- Driving license
- Experience: related experience in a similar environment
- Problem identification and resolution skills
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Ability to work independently and with groups in a team effort
- Able to maintain strong technical skills for a continual and rapidly changing computing environment.
- Ability to work in an multi language and culture environnement.
- Able to remain calm and productive under stress.
- Avaliable to travel in country and abroad
