* 1'st line technical support for Treasury (for MS Office Applications as well as for other company specific applications used in the department).
* Data input in various applications used in the department.
* On behalf of Department, interface with other departments inside the company for technical support purposes;
* Keep evidence of the applications used in Treasury, contact details for supporting groups;
* Keep track of the open tech issues in department;
* Do basic scripts for query or MIS reports for the department (using MS Access, VB for Excel, Word, etc).

Professional skills:
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems;
