RESPONSABILITATI

• Main responsibility is to work on the complete RFX cycle with the new prospects and to support the various process transitions end to end from the client environment to Genpact Europe – and act a single point of contact for the ITS area
o Will cover end-to-end IT aspects from participating in RFX cycle (RFI/RFP management, RFP inputs preparation, RFP submission) and Solution Identification discussions through the process transition till go-live / handover to IT operations team
o Ensure transition timelines are met as per schedule
o Work closely together with the new clients and with the Genpact business leaders to understand their needs and suggest different solutions
o Prepare IT, FTE sizing, pricing, etc. solution and documentation in line with the prospect/customer’s expectations
o Present the solutions to the prospect/customer and obtain buy-in
o Negotiate with customer/prospect the contract and commercial aspects of IT solution
o Travel as required by the business needs
o Document implemented systems and processes
o Lead the IT workshops whenever required and ensure agreement with the prospect/customer on the IT solution and plan
o Document minutes/prepare action plans with activities, deadlines & owners
o Plan and lead IT improvement projects during the process transition
o Follow up problem resolution and intervene until it gets resolved
o Ensure the relevant resources are involved in project and provide the required support
o Ensure deliveries and adherence to the IT Transition methodology
o Track, monitor and report the project progress
o During the transition, cooperate with other IT teams for ensuring smooth operation after go-live
o Keep contacts with vendors and service providers
o Deploy monitoring tools to ensure proactive prevention against system failures
o Work on standardization together with the customer in a heterogeneous environment
• Support transitioned IT Services processes from high-level Incident Management and tools/expected productivity perspectives


CERINTE

• Technical University or University of Economics / Business with IT minor and certifications
• Strong project management skills
• Strong time management and resources management skills
• Excellent English Skills
• Good knowledge of IT systems, IT infrastructure and IT applications architectures
• Experience in supporting ERP applications and / or IT Infrastructure elements
• Knowledge of voice solutions (PBX, Call flow, ACD)
• Understanding of different network components (LAN, WAN, Firewall, Router, Switch, MPLS)
• Knowledge of MS Windows based system architecture (Windows, Office, etc.)
• Good communications skills – for both with Genpact / Client IT and business teams
• Strong “can do” attitude – to overcome problems that “always” occur during transitions
• ITS and BPO Business view besides core IT skills – to see the bigger picture besides the core IT processes
