Installation / un-installation / settings / maintenance of Windows based applications (including Microsoft Office suite etc)
Acquisition / installation / un-installation / settings / maintenance of IT equipments (PCs, printers, copiers etc)
Administration of Windows based servers services (active directory, email, antivirus etc)
Networking & telecom installation (cables, connections etc, including VPN)
Maintenance of relation with suppliers (internet, VPN, voice etc)
Technical helpdesk for business users
Required Skills:
Strong communication skills; ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical people
Good planning and organizing skills; the ability to cope with rapidly changing information and priorities

Advanced PC skills

Self managed and motivated, proactive approach
Required Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Information Technology or related engineering)
1+ year of experience as IT Technician
Specific training / certification is a plus
Fluent English and Romanian
Driving license (B)
