RESPONSABILITATI

The persons will be the first point of contact for local applications support for customer service representatives in Turkey. They will have to be able to communicate fluently in Turkish, expectation is to fix 60% or more of issues on the spot, for the rest execute the change and version management processes that will be defined.
They will be coordinated by a senior that will know the business cases, applications & technical infrastructure - second level of support.
Job scope is limited to Turkey.

Job responsibilities:

Provide support for local applications
Document changes and keep version management.
Keep communication on change progress and implementation.
Interface between P&G and local provider where needed

Qualifications

Requirements:

As this is an administrative position, we welcome applicants with a basic background. Administrative positions have a slower career growth and routine-based activity, and a lower level of responsibility.

Advanced Microsoft Access & Excel skills
VBA programming (Visual Basic for Applications)
Access / C# / SQL Server skills
Very good Turkish and English speakers
Interpersonal skills (listening, accepting suggestions, giving feedback)
Organizing and expressing thoughts clearly and concisely in English as well as in local languish
Skills in problem analysis and problem solving
Clearly setting purpose, objectives and goals
Ability to work in team
Suggesting new approaches, ideas, improvements
Working with goals and priorities.
