For one of our clients, an international company with its headquarter in Canada, developer and provider of tailored lottery systems, ID systems, payment systems and shareholder systems, we are looking for an IT Technician.
Being responsible for the technical maintenance and reliability of the system and network / LAN / WAN network implemented;
Being responsible for the workstations and users’ equipment (renewal, maintenance, ordering process and planning) and supporting employees in their use;
Providing advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties;
Prepraring the workstations.
Previous experience in hardware/networking would be an advantage;
Good verbal and written communication skills;
Persistent, patient and attentive to details;
Problem solving skills;
Efficient and reliable.
