- Installation / un-installation / settings / maintenance of Windows XP Pro operating systems
- Installation / un-installation / settings / maintenance of Windows based applications (including Microsoft Office suite etc)
- Acquisition / installation / un-installation / settings / maintenance of IT equipments (PCs, printers, copiers etc)
- Administration of Windows based servers services (active directory, email, antivirus etc)
- Networking & telecom installation (cables, connections etc, including VPN)
- Maintenance of relation with suppliers (internet, VPN, voice etc)
- Technical helpdesk for business users
- Strong communication skills; ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical people
- Good planning and organizing skills; the ability to cope with rapidly changing information and priorities
- Client (internal) oriented

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Information Technology or related engineering)
- 1+ year of experience as IT Technician
- Specific training / certification is a plus
