Job Responsibilities:
The specific tasks will include:
- Participate on a project team and assume growing responsibility for leadership of the project (manage projects from initiation to end user)
- Gather and understand business requirements, evaluate technologies, and make a recommendation (example: workflow application to automate the approval process and document flow for a key business process)
- Engage local and/or global partners to modify existing applications or develop new applications to meet business needs.
- Transform or create a business model and process so as to achieve breakthrough business results and competitive advantage in the rapidly changing world
- Deliver unique, high-quality consultancy services and solutions to our business - Builds own capability through on the job experience, coaching and training for skills and knowledge of technologies/applications - Manages own time effectively and may coordinate others and/or contractors
- Final year of study or university degree in Management/Business Information Systems, Computer Science/Engineering or Operations Research/Math/Statistics
- We are looking for future leaders in innovation, analytics, problem solving, strategic thinking, systems integration, project management and collaboration, plus P&G's success drivers
- Strong leadership skills, analytical thinking, ability to work effectively with diverse people are required
- Fluency in English
- Specific technical mastery will be useful
