There will be constant contact with the IT-teams in other locations, in English.
Key tasks are:
- to provide IT support to end-users within the company
- to assist by planning, installation, maintenance and documentation of IT infrastructure
- to carry out supervisor responsibilities in accordance with company system, security policies and applicable law
- to work with emerging computer hardware, software and network systems
We are looking for young and enthusiastic candidates that enjoy and can deal with the challenge of a rapidly changing work environment of a Call Center.
Candidate should have:
- good knowledge of MS operating systems
(Windows 2000+) and administrative tools
- good knowledge of LAN/ WAN/ TCP/ IP/ DHCP/
DNS protocols
- basic abilities and knowledge of VMware ESX
Server platforms
- experience with Users/ GPO/ script creation
(batch, VBS, etc)
- good communication skills
- good command of English language, both
speaking and writing
- team player
- certified MCSA/ MCSE preferred
- ability to work under presure
