RESPONSABILITATI

- Provide technical support as needed (installing, administration, configuration and maintenance) for internal users
- Investigate, respond to and solve support requests
- Maintenance and hardware configuration ( servers, network structure, printers)
- Workstations configuration, monitoring, and maintenance
- Configure and maintain network security
- Perform upgrades for hardware and software infrastructure


CERINTE

- Strong knowledge of desktop operating systems (Windows 2000, Windows XP)
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP and related network services.
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory operation.
- Strong knowledge of hardware technologies.
- Previous experience in a similar support position would be considered an advantage
- Possessing one of the following Microsoft Certifications will be considered a great advantage: 70-270 “Installing, Configuring, and Administering Microsoft Windows XP Professional” or MCDST (Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician)
