RESPONSABILITATI

Strategic owner of escalation and notification, major incidents and service transactions;
Coordinating the service restoration teams;
Advising and assisting on the continuous improvement plans;
Monitoring the service level performance;
Coordinating with the Customer Service Managers as necessary;
Monitoring customer satisfaction issues as a result of input from surveys or problem tickets;
Assuring closed-loop communication with the end user on tickets of dissatisfaction;
Escalating the appropriate issues to the next level of support.


CERINTE

Excellent oral and written communication skills;
Proficiency in English language;
Advanced IT skills (MS Office, Windows, hardware, networking);
Minimum 1 year experience in similar position and business environment;
Reporting skills are highly desirable.
