RESPONSABILITATI

-To provide on-site technical support to requests from users for all PC hardware, software and associated peripherals;
-To log support calls and requests, prioritize them and document their outcome in the IT Knowledge Base to facilitate the resolution of common queries;
-To liaise with colleagues in all IT Department to ensure continuity of service for all users;
-To redirect or escalate support requests to the appropriate member of the IT Department;
-To deploy PCs and associated peripherals including new installations and the redeployment of existing equipment;
-To install and configure software and operating systems to agreed standards.


CERINTE

-Minimum 1 year experience working in a helpdesk team;
-College degree in IT;
-Good experience MS Windows Workstation XP/7 and MS Office 2007 Environment;
-Good command of English, good communication abilities;
-Open minded, flexible person;
-Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
