- Provides first and second line support to all desktop, network and operational IT systems;
- Handles troubleshoot problems with network, telecom and other IT-related equipments;
- Delivers training for the users about the operational software of the company;
- Has experience with terminal servers (Windows 2003), database servers (SQL) and the maintenance of printers and fiscal equipment;
- Analyzes reasons for the problems, communicates issues/ changes and if they are outside of his/ her competences, s/he should redirect to upper level support;
- maintains a good understanding of the business and the systems.
- University degree in the field of Computer Science and Information Technologies;
- At least 1 year experience in a similar position;
- Good working knowledge of SQL, Windows XP, MS Office XP/2003 including Outlook;
- Excellent communication skills and proactive attitude;
- Responsible and able to prioritize;
- Flexibility and ability for working with remote support teams;
- Good organizational skills is essential;
- Fluency in English language.
