- Serves as the primary contact to users who need assistance with their desktop computer or its related hardware and software. Troubleshoots and resolves the most common technical problems either on the telephone or at the user’s location.
- Tracks and monitor the problems, using appropriate software, to ensure a timely solution.
- Installs computer workstations, including peripherals, standard software applications and networking hardware and software.
- Responsible with the stock of IT equipments for office and stores.
- Responsible with orders of cash machines and with the relation with cash machines supplier.
- University degree in a relevant field (i.e. Electronics, Computer science...)
- Good hardware knowledge (assembling, fixing, configure of PC’s, printers);
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Operating & Server Systems
- Basics knowledge in Exchange server
- Clean driving license B Type
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to work under stress condition
- Good English knowledge
