- network monitoring and control to ensure the proper functioning of the network infrastructure and security;
- configuration and installation of network devices;
- installation, configuration, hardware and software maintenance for the servers machines;
- administration tasks of Windows and UNIX machines;
- assistance and support for all users regarding hardware or networking problems;
- relevant academic background
- at least 3-5 years of experience in the support of Windows systems: Windows XP, MS Office, MS Windows Server 2003, MS Exchange, MS Active Directory, etc.
- In addition, he/she should be also familiar with network systems: understand the network architecture, setup a switch, check a network connection, monitor a firewall, etc.
- certifications on administration and networking will be a plus;
- Fluent in English.
