- have good understanding of the system’s functionality and basic business background behind it
- have basic understanding of the technology used (mainly Java, SQL, MS Access).
- provide support and assistance for end users and administrators of the respective systems across geographies
- keep contact with the programming company for minor improvements and bug fixing. You will work on specific project assignments, which may include processes/tools improvement, maintenance of the Technical Support website, development of an internal website, etc.
- be able to train users about system functionality
- be able to present/advertise system inside the company
- be able to perform maintenance tasks specific for each of the system
- a plus should be some experience in administrating JRun, SQL servers...
- Flexible working hours - 6 hour/day;
