RESPONSABILITATI

The IT Support Officer should:
• Manage all inquiry media (phone call, e-mail, fax)
• Unblock IT users’ situations on phone •Configure users with specific access rights into AIS and communicate login information upon request
•Give assistance to users when loosing their login information
•Keep updated the users login information
•IT infrastructure/applications monitoring the follow-up with service providers until everything is up and running
•Provide reports regarding voice system usage accurately and on a regular basis
•Provide in due time (and develop if necessary) operational reports required by BPO management team
•Participate actively on new application testing when requested


CERINTE

The IT Help Desk Officer has:

•Bachelor degree
• 2+ years working experience in IT field (IT support / IT Helpdesk is a big plus)
• Customer service skills
•Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Good knowledge of MS Access is considered a big plus
•Basic knowledge of SQL language

•Basic knowledge of DWH
• Good knowledge of English language
•Very good knowledge of the producer’s language – Spanish.
• Ability to remain calm and efficient under stress
• Ability to work on different problems simultaneously
