RESPONSABILITATI

 Answer producers, customers and staff inquiries on IT system (via phone, e-mail)
 Configure users with specific access rights and communicate login information upon request
 Keep updated the users login information
 IT infrastructure/applications monitoring; make follow-up with service providers until everything is up and running
 Keep the staff updated on any applications changes and/or patches
 Keep the management team informed on issue solving progress
 Provide various reports (E.g. regarding voice system usage) accurately and on a regular basis
 Participate actively on new application testing when requested
 Maintain Technical Assistance procedures
 Coordinate incident management process


CERINTE

 1-2 years working experience in IT field (IT support / IT Helpdesk is a big plus)
 Customer service skills
 Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
 Basic knowledge of MS Access is considered a big plus
 Good knowledge of English language
 Fluent in French
 Ability to remain calm and efficient under stress
 Ability to work on different problems simultaneously
 Organization & administration skills
 Communication & interpersonal skills
