· Providing users basic assistance support;
· Software applications and related operating system components installation;
· Networks installation and troubleshooting
· Involved in software and hardware equipment acquisition process.
· University, college or equivalent experience in IT ;
· Linux, Windows 98, XP, 2000, 2003;
· Network equipments (routers, switches, UTP Cat5E cabling);
· 2-3 years experience required;
· Fluency in English
· Previous experience in a multi-site environment;
· Previous experience in a 200+ users organisation.
