RESPONSABILITATI

As an IT Support Specialist you will:
- Respond to request for technical assistance via phone or e-mail
- Diagnose and solve technical hardware and software issues
- Research questions using available information resources and advise user on appropriate actions
- Follow standard help desk procedures
- Manage help desk software
- Redirect problems to appropriate resources
- Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
- Track and route problems, request and document resolutions in knowldege base
- Follow up with system information, changes and updates
