RESPONSABILITATI

- Supporting the users of the main local applications throughout the entire field cluster;
- Ongoing identification of training/coaching requirements at local level;
- Assurance of training logistics and applications support availability at local level;
- Enforcement of proper use of IT-equipment (Hardware and Software);
- Stays in close contact with the central IT-department as a point of contact for application implementation and maintenance support;
- Provides reports to the IT management for the position specific projects including research, data compilation and/or analysis;
- Prepares presentations, statistical and other written reports


CERINTE

- Sound general IT knowledge of business applications;
- Good language skills in English, verbal and written;
- Very good communication skills;
- Confident skills of multi-tasking and working under pressure;
- Readyness to learn and occasional overtime;
- Quick perception of ideas and concepts;
- Capability to adapt to new systems and applications
