RESPONSABILITATI

• Perform high level problem evaluation & identification
• Monitor and track incidents to ensure that resolutions occur within the customer Service Level Agreement
• Perform incident notification and escalation to ensure problems/request/issues are communicated effectively and receiving proper attention
• Develop and maintain knowledge of customer and customer specific business environment
• Provide input for development, maintenance, and process improvements of departmental procedures, incident reports and other projects
• Coordinates emergency call allocation changes
• Facilitate Service Desk facility tours (Internal and External)
• Provides continuous updates for all Service Desk issues on any related event that may impact agents and/or customers, as well informing all LoDs
• Coordinates the Crisis teams in case of an emergency or severe weather. Management partnership is utilized.


CERINTE

• + 5 years experience in a Service Desk environment
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field or relevant work experience
• Experience participating on leading projects
• Fluency in English
• Nice to have German or French language skills
• Excellent communications skills, written and oral
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong leadership and decision making capability
• Thrives in a high pressure environment
