RESPONSABILITATI

Responsibilities:
- Direct relation with client by phone, answers to all calls, solves part of issues and create specifications for the others, maintain contact between field-support personnel and clients
- IT systems (especially Intel equipment and peripherals) installation and support
- Basic networking administration
- Windows/Linux OS basics - installation, configuration
- Windows-based application configuration and troubleshooting (e.g Outlook)


CERINTE

An ideal candidate should have:
- University or technical high school degree
- Good English (Speaking/Understanding) knowledge
- Experience in MS based operating systems and IT equipment support
- Basic networking knowledge - OSI, TCP/IP models, routers, firewalls, VPN
- Client-service oriented attitude is a must
- Clean driving license
- Ability of working under pressure and in flexible working hours
- Team player
- Organizational skills
- Good communication skills
