Clients cover mainly communication populations, based in Europe, North America and Asia.
Initially responsible for support activities on HQ and EMEA intranet and extranet web applications, good performance in this client-facing role will evolve into project-based opportunities.
- Analyzes and understands the customer's needs and provides technical and functional support so that the system should be used at its best
- Explains to the users the system's processes and the impact of their actions within an integrated system, providing them with a global vision of the system
- Guarantees the continuous training of the key and final users
- Sets up the system so that it may be best applied by the users
- Tests and follows up the projects and their migration towards other production environment
- Supplies support along the projects and makes analysis for the application belonging to his division
- shares with the other helpdesk analysts his experience and knowledge regarding the application and the users;
- informs the other analysts about the decisions that can have an impact upon their projects;
- University graduate
- Work experience of at least one year within the IT department
- Previous experience in IT projects is considered a plus (examples, responsibilities, accomplishments)
- PC skills: Windows, Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – average level; SQL – average level; data bases – basic knowledge
- Microsoft SharePoint technology basic knowledge;
- Experience on web applications is an advantage
- Very Good knowledge of English
- Knowledge of French would be a plus
