To provide Operations support for information security and network infrastructure as per the SLAs. To work as per the laid down processes and guidelines (ITIL, ISO 27001, SOX) and to adopt to the new or improved guidelines with ease. Following are some detailed requirements of this role:
-Proactively manage customer information security infrastructure.
- Quickly respond, troubleshoot and implement resolutions for customer s system issues.
- Management & Monitoring of Information security devices.
- Take care of troubleshooting and diagnosis to find root cause of incident
- Management of Network Devices
- Escalate the incident to Customer s internal point of contact when an incident has a serious business/image impact.
- Should be to meet the given SLAs and response times as defined for customer to customer
- Audit Support
-Security Incident response & investigation
-Monitoring and Management of CheckPoint, Sourcefire IDS/IPS, CheckPoint SmartCenter, SourceFire Defense Center
- BlueCoat Proxy Administration
- McAfee Total Protection Anti-Virus/Anti-Malware
