The IT Sales Manager will help to shape the company’s practice in a fast growing market, and will be responsible for the following:
- Existing Account Management
- New Account development - identifying prospective customer needs and developing innovative solutions to satisfy their requirements
- Working with and developing relationships with Local IT Companies to drive revenue and maximise customer service in both private & public sector.
- Provide weekly accurate sales forecasts to Country Manager.
- Recruitment of Sales consultants and Sales support employees
- Management of sales consultants pipe-lines to ensure they can meet set targets
- Fluency in Romanian (native speakers or excellent knowledge) and English
- Higher Education Degree (Computer Science / Marketing / Business Administration / Economics) or equivalent experience
- Good knowledge of IT market (Private & public sector).
- Proven Sales experience in IT market (5 years minimum)
- Strong commercial skills and target orientation.
- High level of energy, drive and enthusiasm
- Self-motivated to continuously expand skills and professional knowledge.
- Ability to work in a high pressure, fast moving and challenging environment.
- Professional attitude, good organizational and planning skills.
- Human resource management skills
- Good communication and persuasive skills, both written and verbal.
- Team player
- Strategic planning skills are an asset
