As IT Responsible you will be in charge of system integration projects specifically around new growth, start up and development on Romanian market.

Role:
The IT Responsible coordinates all aspects of the IT process cross-functionally and globally. This includes business processes, applications, hardware, operating systems, resources, project budgets, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluates business process implications of business requirements and assesses possible design recommendations.
- Assists in the planning and implementation of the company infrastructure at the regional level as established by corporate security:
· Manage the implementation for the sales platform including: network architecture, telecommunication, data base servers and POS terminals, cash registers involved.
· Works with project teams to help implement Internal Systems.
· Oversees the administration and maintenance of the company's infrastructure, and directs team members when necessary.
- Works closely with Business Partners, to ensure that the department objectives aligns with institutional vision and expectations.
- Builds and maintains vendor relationships and manages the purchase of hardware and software products.
- Advanced written and verbal English skills
- Good written and verbal French skills
- Very good knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, Wireless, VoIP, Switches, VPN, Cabling)
- Knowledge of operating systems Windows, Linux
- Knowledge of databases
- Professional attitude, excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Results orientated, self-motivated and posses high-energy
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects
- Previous experience in retail domain is an advantage
- Willingness to travel (initial training phase could include several weeks abroad)
