- To manage IT resources, respecting IT Group and Plant strategy/priorities.
- To insure the continuous function of the ERP, its maintenance, and its evolution.
- To organize and realize the deployment of LAN and IT Offices tools.
- To attend Users in the objectives of to maximize their productivity thanks to the IT Tools.
- Develop, maintain et make evolve client EDI, and Suppliers, insuring the conitinuous exploitation , all in all customer oriented.
- Participate to deployement projects of the Group, insuring the quality of the implementation in the site.
- Formalization of the Site IT Plan (short / medium and long term) (in agreement with Group IT policy, and with the means and objectives of the Plant)
- Organization of the IT department through formalized tasks of the IT team, through follow up of a planning of the realization of projects, and the elaboration of an IT committee. Organization of User Network relaying needs in each Dpts.
- Operational Management of the IT of the Plant, including data safety aspects and continuous functioning of the exploitation of :
- AS 400 Systems,
- Wizcount and Wizsalary applications,
- Lotus Notes Data Base
- Network (LAN, servers and hardware, intranet access)
- IT office Software.
- Assistance and training of the users
- To new IT means
- To standard ERP tool, Offices IT Tools
- Management of Site IT Projects
- ERP Evolution
- Evolution of Offices IT tools
- IT Engineer , or industrial organization
- IT Project leader on ERP project (5 years minimum)
- IT Responsible of a medium IT structure (minimum 1 to 2 years )
- Experience in Office IT and Network
- Rigor and organization
- Capacity of communication (to put oneself at users level)
- Management capacity.
