- Organize the applications data base
- Select the best applications by jobs request and call for interview
- Conducting the interview for entry level and middle management roles
- Apply personality technical test
- Manage applications and responses, providing feedback to management and candidates on interviews.


CERINTE

- University degree in Psychology or Sociology;
- Good understanding of software terms;
- Very good command of English;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Planning and organizing skills;
- Problem solving skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Good knowledge of labor legislation;
- Good working knowledge of MS Office.
