We are looking for a new member in our team that will enjoy doing the following tasks:
- advertise and search for the positions he/she is recruiting for
- consult with clients for identifying the missing information within job descriptions
- interview selected candidates and draft interview reports
- introducing the resumes in the company\'s database
- manage all flow of recruitment from the job description until the hiring of the candidates
- participate in job shops and other events for representing the agency and/or collecting resumes
First of all you need to be curious by nature, hard working and self driven.
We consider these requirements mandatory:
- University degree
- IT general knowledge:
- networking (knowing the principles of a network and the role of its components, protocols etc.)
- programming/scripting (general knowledge of different frameworks, scripting and programming languages)
- web technologies
- DB administration
- fluent English
- a young and enthusiastic person that would like to build a career in this field
