You will handle end to end selection process for various IT and Business Intelligence projects;
Assist in drafting job descriptions;
Conduct phone screening and interviews;
Perform active search through main recruiting channels and also identify new ones;
Evaluate candidates and provide objective HR reviews to hiring managers;
Maintain and update information for the candidates database;
Impeccable English skills, both written and spoken;
Medium knowledge of Microsoft Excel program;
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruiting (developers, technical support, designers, managers, marketers etc);
Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, time management, written and verbal communication skills;
Team player but also with a business oriented kind of thinking;
Open minded, flexible and resistant to stressful workload;
Creative and intuitive;
True passion for recruiting and information technology.
