• Work together with the Department Managers and HR Consultants to fulfill the recruitment needs and ensure the hiring process;
• Ensure the identification of a sufficient number of candidates and the selection of high quality hires;
• Actively involved in identifying the most appropriate recruiting sources, selection of CVs, interviewing techniques, selection tools and criteria etc.;
• Manage full cycle recruiting processes: sourcing, pre-screen applicants, interviews;
• Candidates management: scheduling interviews, job offers, feedback.
University degree
At least 2 years experience in recruitment, preferable in IT industry with focus on high volume recruitment;
Experience with the Romanian market (local recruiting process, candidate sources, employment market, legal frame as related to recruitment and employment);
Very good interpersonal and written communication skills;
Planning (time management) & organizing/priority setting;
Able to work independently and reset priorities autonomously based on business needs, ability to handle a wide variety and number of positions; Excellent computer skills;
Fluent in English.

This position is a full time employment available for 1 year determined period contract, with the possibility of extension to undetermined period.
