ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are immediately seeking a talented IT Recruiter to join our experienced hire recruiting team. If you have 2-5 years of recruiting experience, with your most recent experience being in technology recruiting, then we encourage you to apply.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
Establish positive working relationships with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies per their business needs
Assist hiring managers with the development of job descriptions ensuring consistent practices
Work with group lead and hiring manager to ensure approvals are gained for opening requisitions and extending offers
Creatively source through web, referrals, organizations, career events, etc. to generate qualified candidates
Screen and submit resumes for open positions
Schedule and conduct interviews to determine organizational fit
Process, extend and negotiate offers as needed
Respect and maintain confidentiality at all times
Maintain applicant tracking system
Provide recruiting metrics to hiring managers, Technology Recruiting Lead, and Manager of Recruiting on a regular basis
Minimum of 2 years full life cycle recruiting in the IT / technical space for positions system engineers, system administrators, DBAs, database developers, application developers, help desk professionals, and technology consultants
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in order to be considered
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Must have a well established network to aid in direct sourcing efforts
Experience recruiting for professional services firms
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral) and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
Ability to provide accurate and efficient service under the pressure of constant deadlines
Skilled in organizing resources and establishing priorities
Ability to gather data, consistently track metrics, and prepare reports
Ability to work with a high degree of self-direction and flexibility, especially with respect to taking initiative, prioritizing tasks, and resolving problems
