Analyzing clients needs (professional requirements and personality profile) and plan the recruitment projects;
Identify the candidate profile in accordance with the client’s requests;
Creating and designing of job descriptions for different positions;
Establishing proper methodology for recruitment (through networking, data base search, direct search, or advertising);
Manage the recruiting process to include posting role on appropriate sights, review resumes, format resumes, reference and background checks, setup interview schedules, manage offer process, and ensure all documentation is completed;
Giving feedback to candidates by e-mail or telephone;
Elaborates specific reports regarding recruitment process status and presenting them to the clients;
Building developing and maintaining a good business relationship with clients and candidates.
Minimum 3 years experience in IT, or in IT recruiting
Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
Result driven;
Must be self-directed, process oriented, detailed oriented;
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationship with candidates and clients;
Understanding of staffing operational processes, including timesheet management;
General knowledge across a broad set of technologies, with specialization in a couple, and the initiative to branch out to more;
Self starter, quick learner and team player spirit;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
