- The purpose of this job is to monitor IT services levels and communicate results inside and outside IT organization and to provide quality reports for IT services offered to the clients.
- to plan, to develop, to implement and to maintain the agreements regarding the services provided to the clients, establishing and assessing the level of performance of these services;
- to develop the processes and procedures, according to the ITIL Service management specifications, in order to identify and maintain the operational agreements (the Services Catalogue);
- to monitor and to review the key performance indicators and the services in order to identify the opportunities for improvement.
- University Degree;
- At least 1-2 years experience in a similar position;
- + 1-2 years work experience in system analysis or in infrastructure;
- Sounds knowledge of the concepts and processes within the ITIL Service Management, Six Sigma, Business Process Management;
- Very good communication and negotiation skills; planning skills; results oriented person.
