¿Plan and lead workflow application development projects during transition of processes from various clients to Genpact location
¿Understand and document business requirements; propose solutions by working closely with business leaders
¿Prepare presentations on possible workflow solutions and conduct workflow demos for Genpact customers
¿Prepare detailed functional design based on collected requirements
¿Design, plan and ensure smooth implementation of online and batch interfaces between Genpact workflow system and Customers ERP systems
¿Prepare and execute system test plans and document results
¿Coordinate and manage external vendors responsible for system development
¿Be the primary workflow contact on Genpact side during the transition
¿Follow up the problem resolution and if necessary intervene until it gets resolved
¿Collect and manage change requests properly during and after the transition
¿Create weekly project status updates
¿Cooperate with other IT teams for ensuring smooth implementation
¿Deploy monitoring tools to ensure proactive prevention against system failures
¿University or college degree
¿At least 4-5 years experience in IT project management
¿Experience in building applications in J2EE environment
¿Strong problem solving skills
¿Strong interpersonal and communication skills
¿¿Can do¿ attitude
¿Ability to work under high pressure
¿Good command of English
