Software development management in terms of Planning, Quality, Costs and Deliverables
Define, document, maintain and enforce internal working processes
Experience in Web application development required.
Experience in Architecture & Solution design required.
Experience in creating technical specifications &
design documents required.
Proficiency in software design concepts required.
Experience in UML desirable
Experience in HTML, Javascript, XSL, AJAX, PHP, JSP/JSF, CMS, CRM, Frameworks, Web-services, XML, VB, JAVA desirable
Experience in various development tools required (Design Tools, IDEs, Source Code control tools etc)
Sending periodically reports
Working 2 weeks/month in Switzerland.
• Background as analyst is an advantage
• Strong inter-personal and communication skills

German language medium-advanced level is A MUST.
