¿ Project Management: Gathering business requirements and defining business plan, project scope, project plan, milestones, resources and deadlines. Responsible for managing project within budget, milestones, quality and planning.
¿ Managing of requirements/ (new products) assessments and feasibility studies
¿ Managing projects and processes within the BSS, OSS, B2B, ERP & Web functional areas
¿ Responsibility for progress reports / project status
¿ Responsibility for communication with various stakeholders
¿ Supporting communication with IT teams, business and vendors
¿ Advise CIO-management at operational and tactical level for quality improvements
¿ Quality assurance & Improvements ¿ in conjunction with the Application Services Manager.
¿ Offer support to the team activities
¿ Good business analyses skills
¿ Bachelor degree although preferable Master Degree or similar
¿ Strong Project Management Knowledge
¿ Familiar with Telco/ISP environments
¿ General knowledge of IT Infrastructure
¿ Excellent MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Project Server skills essential
¿ Fluency in both written and spoken English
¿ Very good computer literacy
¿ Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or PRINCE 2 desired
¿ Exposure to UML/RUP, ITIL, Prince 2 is an advantage
¿ Minimum of 2-3 years experience in Project Management, preferably in multinational company
