As an IT Project Manager your main responsibility will be to participate in activities for the new prospects and manage the IT transition from the client to Genpact environment, including governance and client communication. You will plan and lead IT improvement projects during the process transition. You will also work closely together with the new clients and with the Genpact business leaders to understand the needs and suggest different solutions.
You will also be involved in:
Create IT solution documentation in line with the prospect/customer’s expectations and present the solutions to the customer
Support the negotiation of the contract and commercial aspects in terms of the IT solution
Document implemented systems and processes
Facilitate IT workshops whenever required and ensure agreement with the customer on the IT solution and implementation plan
Organize and maintain project governance
Document meetings and prepare action plans with activities, dead-lines and owners
Oversee the problem resolution and if necessary intervene until it gets resolved
Ensure relevant IT resources are involved in the project and provide required support
Ensure adherence to the IT Transition methodology
Ensure all the deliverables are prepared as per the IT Transition methodology
Strong project management skills
Strong time management and resources management skills
Good knowledge of business applications, IT infrastructure and applications architectures
Experience in supporting ERP applications and / or IT Infrastructure elements
Knowledge of voice solutions (PBX, Call flow, ACD)
Understanding of different network components (LAN, WAN, Firewall, Router, Switch, MPLS)
Good communications skills
Strong “can do” attitude and results driven personality
Business view besides core IT skills – to see the bigger picture besides the core IT processes
Educational background:
Technical University or University of Economics / Business with minor in IT
Language Skills:
English (upper intermediate/ proficient)
