- IT Processes: Responsible for definition, implementation, monitoring performance and auditing all IT processes, taking actions to improve these. Gathering requirements and defining IT processes and reporting KPI for each of them.
- Governance Coordination: Maintain the relationship with affiliates/ national organizations/ customers. Development of training courses for IT processes and controls. Integration of processes with Pan-European Services. Monitor, review and improve quality & performance of the implemented processes.
- Operational: Functional ownership of IT processes and toolset. Manage escalations at process level. Service Level Agreements reporting.
- Management: Alignment of the processes at CIO level. Advise CIO-management at operational and tactical level with regard to quality improvements on processes.
- Communication: Delivers informative, well-organized presentations. Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully. Communicate and follow-up status on each demand or acquisition request on a timely manner according to the IT Demand and IT Acquisition Process
- Client Management: Develops relationships with internal clients. Communicates effectively with internal clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions. Continually seeks opportunities to increase internal client’s satisfaction.
- Minimum 1-2 years similar experience, preferably in multinational company
- Minimum 2 years experience in business
- Technical University degree
- Detailed knowledge of the operational and business support systems within the cable and telecommunications branch
- Experience in business analysis
- Good knowledge of IT Processes
- Experience in IT Projects
- General knowledge of IT Infrastructure
- Fluency in English verbal and written
- Very good computer literacy.
