Responsible for monitoring performance and auditing processes, taking actions to improve these. Gathering requirements and defining processes and reporting
Gathering business processes and defining SOX procedures and internal control over financial reporting from IT perspective and/or systems. Responsible for development and review SOX Policy and Procedures with regards to IT processes
Maintain the relationship with national organizations/ customers. Development of training courses for processes. Integration of processes with Pan-European Services.
Monitor, review and improve quality and performance of the implemented processes.
Detailed knowledge of the operational and business support systems within the cable and telecommunications branch
Basic knowledge of Service Management Processes and IT Infrastructure
University degree in computer science or similar
