• Manage the IT PMO team for driving excellence and productivity;
• Lead strategy and delivery of business process IT tools and products;
• Work closely with global IT Product Council and Europe Practice organization to develop and continually evolve product strategy and delivery of IT digitization and tools;
• Communicate product evolution and offerings effectively to Business Development team;
• Manage and coach IT Transition Managers who cover end-to-end IT participation in new business cycle (RFI/RFP management, RFP inputs preparation, RFP submission), Solution Identification, the actual process transition go-live / handover to IT operations team;
• Manage and coach the IT Project Managers who carry out IT implementations and projects for internal functional teams as well as for operations;
• Focus on the businesses! Drive Voice of Customer and Net Promoter Score increases through product, productivity, personnel and continuous improvement competencies;
• Work closely with Infrastructure team to plan & drive infrastructure upgrades/improvements;
• Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions;
• Participates in planning IT projects/ strategies and budget;
• Seasoned communicator! Present the solutions to the prospect/customer and obtains buy-in;
• Negotiate with the customer/prospect the contract and commercial aspects of the IT solution;
• Travel as required by the business needs;
• Lead IT workshops whenever required and ensure agreement with the prospect/customer on the IT solution and plan;
• Ensure success of IT transitions and Production support by best leveraging IT resources and project methodologies
• Technical University or University of Economics / Business with IT minor and certifications;
• Ten years experience in IT infrastructure, project management, and/or software/digitization;
• Five years leading IT teams in either direct or matrixed environments;
• Excellent business acumen and deep understanding of Business Process Outsourcing (F&A, Source to
Pay and Order to Cash) basics for IT product strategy and delivery;
• Strong software, digitization, product and infrastructure knowledge;
• Strong time management and resources management skills;
• Excellent communication skills including fluent English;
• Good knowledge of IT systems, IT infrastructure and IT applications architectures;
• Knowledge of Workflow and ERP applications and/or IT Infrastructure elements;
• Knowledge of voice solutions (PBX, Call flow, ACD);
• Good understanding of different network components (LAN, WAN, Firewall, Router, Switch, MPLS, etc);
• Knowledge of MS Windows based system architecture (Windows, Office, etc.).
