This is a very exciting role to be part of the Leadership Team to design & implement a Brand New Plant.

IDS (Information & Decision Solutions) is the IT department in P&G - we provide services linking technical expertise to business, to optimize processes.

Business Purpose of Job: Be present on plant site during the construction phase, implement IDS programs and manage IDS team after the plant has been built.

Responsibilities of Job:
• Lead Plant IDS program: create and implement the site master plan and portfolio.
• Learn Supply Chain processes so you can identify solutions to improve the site's inventory and cost
• Represent all GBS (Global Business Services) services in the plant, provide plant feedback to the service leaders, and work issues on behalf of the plant.
• Provide project management expertise for rolling out solutions to the site.
• Coach the team.

Other Information: The plant is in project phase. It will be located within commuting distance from Bucharest.
