RESPONSABILITATI

· Provide support to the Bank’s personnel for core banking and other applications, via phone/email.
· Provide support for daily problems using menus , defining users, printing reports, executing procedures for End of Day and End of Month
· Serve as liaison between users and other Bank’s departments to resolve the issues raised in the system
· Keep track of user requests; assign priority to the requests according to their importance
· Other duties as assigned


CERINTE

EDUCATION/TRAINING:
· A technical degree is preferred.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
· Basic knowledge of OS/400 operating system , Sql , Oracle
· Knowledge of common Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to analyze and solve problems is required.
· Be able to handle a variety of activities according with assigned priorities and deadlines.
· The person must have well-developed interpersonal, organizational, and problem solving skills and be a team player with commitment desire to provide a high level of customer service.
· A positive attitude is a must.
· Compliance with multi-task environment is essential.
· Ability to teach other persons on the use of technology is a plus
· Work in three shifts
· Read and write English in order to understand and interpret written procedures and the software
