RESPONSABILITATI

• Continuously monitors the operation of central systems and informs his supervisor for each defect
• Monitor reports and Security Logs of the Systems and update sites for similar cases requiring further investigation or action in accordance with the instructions given
• Participates in the early diagnosis and treatment of problems arising in the functioning of the central information systems
• Be responsible for the activation and monitoring programs and routines
• Be responsible for the production, storage and transfer files to and from the central computer systems
• Controls the correct reception and archiving copies of critical files of the Central System (backup)
• Examine and handle in accordance with existing procedures demands programmers and Development Management Information Systems
• Undertakes and manages requests for new jobs and print channels
• Provides technical support and resolve common problems users (eg. access to systems, printing problems)
• Be responsible for the collection and separation of printing situations
• Trained in technical skills (operating systems and management tools, programming languages, etc.) and the standards and procedures of the Agency
• Participates in regular and special meetings of his team
• Performs other duties as assigned by superiors
• Participates in Regular and special functional tests of the systems highly available primary site or alternative location systems


CERINTE

• Preferably 1-year experience in IT
• Knowledge of operating in IT
• Knowledge of operating systems Unix, Windows
• Expertise in systems programming workflow (Control-M)
• Expertise in transaction management CICS system and the communication system VTAM
• Familiarity with file transfer programs
• Good knowledge platform Microsoft Office
• Desired knowledge of programming languages (Cobol, Pascal, RPG, C + +)
• Capable of effective communication and cooperation
• Working on a 24/7 shift pattern schedule
